At Ivy Gun inc, we’re committed to delivering your furniture and accessories safely and promptly. Please review our shipping details below:

1. Shipping Timeframe

  • Furniture: Custom-made furniture is typically processed and shipped within 8 weeks of order confirmation. Due to the made-to-order nature of these items, delivery times may vary based on production schedules.
  • Accessories: Orders for accessories are usually processed and shipped within 3-5 business days, depending on stock availability.

2. Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and delivery location of your order. 

3. Delivery Areas
We currently ship to most countries. If you are outside of our standard delivery areas, please contact us for additional shipping options.

4. Delivery and Tracking
Once your order ships, we will send you a tracking number so you can follow your order's journey. Please note that delivery times are estimates, and delays may occur due to factors outside of our control (weather, carrier delays, etc.).

5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your furniture or accessories arrive damaged or defective, please contact us within 10 days of receiving the items. We will arrange for a replacement or repair at no additional cost to you.

6. White-Glove Delivery Service (If Applicable)
For furniture orders, we may offer a white-glove delivery service, which includes inside delivery, assembly, and packaging removal. This service is available for an additional fee and will be outlined at checkout.

7. Order Changes or Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it is processed immediately to ensure timely shipping. If you wish to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours. After this time, custom furniture orders cannot be modified or canceled.

8. Shipping Delays
While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
